The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 11th minute, Daniel Gulliksson made a precise shot to the right of Rutger Karlsson. Korsberga BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Sven Rydberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrik Mogren in the 14th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Korsberga BK's zone, Frans Bergren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rutger Karlsson came out of the goal and Frans Bergren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Gulliksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Rutger Karlsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sven Rydberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrik Mogren, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Edwin Bohlin put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Sven Rydberg. In the 34th minute of the game, Olov Jönsätt landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Kevin Anselius charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kevin Anselius the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 35 played minutes Torestorp BK got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Anselius. 39 minutes into the game, Torestorp BK's Frans Bergren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rutger Karlsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. The supporters of Torestorp BK booed when Korsberga BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fred Alströmer didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

Daniel Gulliksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rutger Karlsson having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Daniel Gulliksson made a precise shot to the right of Rutger Karlsson. Korsberga BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Torsten Eriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Mark Arhenius sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Korsberga BK's Rutger Karlsson didn't even have to move. Daniel Gulliksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Frans Bergren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edwin Bohlin might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sven Rydberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edwin Bohlin ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fred Alströmer in the 87th minute of play forced Torestorp BK's goalkeeper Sven Rydberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frans Bergren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th match minute, Korsberga BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Linus Sandström to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Torestorp BK had won after a very even match.
