Viktor Kollberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Svenstavik defense, Joar Blomkvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sune Winström. The Svenstavik fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sune Winström should have stopped the shot. Sven Linquist's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Karl-Erik Hedberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Sune Winström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joar Blomkvist in the 18th minute of the match. After 19 played minutes Svenstavik got a freekick which was hit by Ulf Alin. The supporters of Glommen booed when Svenstavik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dennis Backlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute, David Åström sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Svenstavik's Sune Winström didn't even have to move. Sven Linquist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Karl-Erik Hedberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Viktor Kollberg in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl-Erik Hedberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 29 minutes into the game, Alexander Ek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Glommen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Svenstavik the free kick. After 29 played minutes Glommen got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Ek. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Viktor Kollberg in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl-Erik Hedberg saved Glommen from getting behind. In the 36th minute Viktor Kollberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Erik Hedberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joar Blomkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sune Winström having to interfere. Sune Winström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joar Blomkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joar Blomkvist to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Joar Blomkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sune Winström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Svenstavik's Sven Linquist got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Albin Fransson came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Glommen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albin Fransson couldn't finish the play. After having played for 64 minutes, Viktor Kollberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Svenstavik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viktor Kollberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sven Linquist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Karl-Erik Hedberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Glommen's goal looked a bit too open when Viktor Kollberg came free, but Karl-Erik Hedberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute, Viktor Kollberg made a precise shot to the right of Karl-Erik Hedberg. Glommen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 78th minute, Joar Blomkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Svenstavik's Sune Winström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Svenstavik from getting a goal against them. Sune Winström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joar Blomkvist in the 88th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the game, Vilhelm Vester was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Svenstavik's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Glommen the free kick. After 90 played minutes Svenstavik got a freekick which was hit by Vilhelm Vester. After 93 minutes Svenstavik's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was David Åström who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Glommen's corner David Åström fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sune Winström quite easily take care of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 96 minutes, Sune Winström successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the final whistle sounded Glommen left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Svenstavik.
