Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Anton Asmundsson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 5 minutes into the match, Ransäter RK's goal looked a bit too open when Bernt Rydberg came free, but Patrik Sjöberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If William Broberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernt Rydberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emil Kalfhage was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Robin Eriksson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ransäter RK's goalkeeper Patrik Sjöberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Smedstorp BK booed when Ransäter RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fredrik Ekblom didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Smedstorp BK's Torbjörn Grönberg tried to score from far away in the 19th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ransäter RK's Patrik Sjöberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Broberg in the 23rd minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Bernt Rydberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Patrik Sjöberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ransäter RK's Anton Asmundsson got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. William Broberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patrik Sjöberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Adrian Skoglund kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, Ransäter RK's goal looked a bit too open when Bernt Rydberg came free, but Patrik Sjöberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Smedstorp BK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Torbjörn Grönberg in the 45th minute. Torbjörn Grönberg made a great header on Smedstorp BK's corner, it was just that Ransäter RK's Patrik Sjöberg managed to reach the ball for a save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bernt Rydberg was the one to do the kick off. Billy Holmberg charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Billy Holmberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ransäter RK's Billy Holmberg got a free kick in the 51st minute. William Broberg came free with the goalkeeper in the 52nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Patrik Sjöberg could save by the left post. When Jim Backman fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ransäter RK's protests and gave Jim Backman a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ransäter RK getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Jim Backman hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute, Robin Eriksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Simon Norberg kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Smedstorp BK's goalkeeper Emil Kalfhage, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Patrik Sjöberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernt Rydberg's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. In the 76th minute, Ransäter RK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bernt Rydberg fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Patrik Sjöberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernt Rydberg in the 82nd minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Smedstorp BK's William Broberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Patrik Sjöberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Ransäter RK's zone, William Broberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrik Sjöberg came out of the goal and William Broberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Smedstorp BK players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Ransäter RK from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
