Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Thomas Carlsson kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Brösarp's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Olof Knutsson came free, but Torsten Byström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Alstermo BK's goalkeeper Bernt Holmberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carl Eriksson. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Per-Olof Knutsson in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Torsten Byström saved Brösarp from getting behind. After 16 minutes, Verner Sigman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alstermo BK and the Brösarp players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Carl Eriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernt Holmberg made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Thomas Carlsson sent off a good shot on target. Per Siöman kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. If Karl-Ove Myr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute, Alstermo BK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Carl Eriksson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Bernt Holmberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Carlsson in the 46th minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Carl Eriksson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Bernt Holmberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Karl-Ove Myr to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Brösarp's Thomas Carlsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernt Holmberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Brösarp's Per Siöman got a free kick in the 60th minute. Thomas Carlsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bernt Holmberg having to make a save. 69 minutes into the game, Fredrik Ståhlberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alstermo BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brösarp the free kick. In the 69th match minute, Alstermo BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredrik Ståhlberg to maneuver through the defense. Thomas Carlsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Karl-Ove Myr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Carl Eriksson scored 3-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernt Holmberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 82 minutes into the game, Henning Åkesson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alstermo BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brösarp the free kick. The supporters of Brösarp booed when Alstermo BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henning Åkesson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Georg Abrahamsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
