In the 19th minute Big Boy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Askstedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arne Askstedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gervasio Veto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gervasio Veto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Arne Askstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gervasio Veto struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Arne Askstedt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maidonians FC. 33 minutes into the match, Gervasio Veto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arne Askstedt. Abborrträsk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gervasio Veto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. 42 minutes into the match, Abborrträsk's goal looked a bit too open when Big Boy came free, but Arne Askstedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gervasio Veto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gervasio Veto made a kick off. Big Boy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arne Askstedt came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Maidonians FC's Dave de Vries. But to his dismay, Dave de Vries quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. When Big Boy fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maidonians FC's protests and gave Big Boy a yellow card for diving instead. Big Boy kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Maidonians FC defense, Börge Abrahamsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of J.P. 孔明. The Maidonians FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that J.P. 孔明 should have stopped the shot. Tommy Billström kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Börge Abrahamsson during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 84 played minutes Abborrträsk got a freekick which was hit by Börge Abrahamsson. Maidonians FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
