Sten Holmgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rune Matsson having to interfere. Rune Matsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sten Holmgren in the 12th minute. If Sten Holmgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 17 minutes, Bernt Stigsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BR Saints's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernt Stigsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ernst Palmquist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rune Matsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernt Stigsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 38th minute Bernt Stigsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Matsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 40 in the game by Sten Holmgren from a close distance when the talented Rune Matsson managed to make a qualified save. Svanavattnet RK's players were relieved. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Bernt Stigsson took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Rune Matsson to make any attempt to save it.

After 51 played minutes BR Saints got a freekick which was hit by Sten Holmgren. In the 53rd match minute, BR Saints was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sten Holmgren to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th match minute, BR Saints was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mats Bengtsson to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 55 minutes, Conny Giliusson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 58 minutes into the game, Bernt Stigsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Rune Matsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 62nd minute, Adam Wennersten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Sten Holmgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Svanavattnet RK's Rune Matsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernt Stigsson in the 73rd minute of play. Rune Matsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sten Holmgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Rune Matsson came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by BR Saints's Bernt Stigsson. But to his dismay, Bernt Stigsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 83rd minute Bernt Stigsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Matsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of BR Saints booed when Svanavattnet RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Håkan Gustavsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rune Matsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sten Holmgren in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th minute Sten Holmgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Matsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rune Matsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sten Holmgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Bernt Stigsson scored 4-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rune Matsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 93 played minutes BR Saints got a freekick which was hit by Simon Wahlström. Mats Bengtsson kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. BR Saints's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
