David Nyström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Glanshammar's Malte Odeen got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 11 minutes, Alex Ståhlberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Åled and the Glanshammar players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Åled getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Alex Ståhlberg hit a great ball. 12 minutes into the match, Glanshammar's Sven Hedkvist broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The supporters of Åled booed when Glanshammar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernt Berglund didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Valter Enström in the 16th minute really tested Tom Pihlwall's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The supporters of Glanshammar booed when Åled was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Löfkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Arvid Fribäck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Nyström was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stig-Arne Kielstedt was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Malte Odeen in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Nyström saved Åled from getting behind. Malte Odeen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Nyström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malte Odeen in the 61st minute of play forced Åled's goalkeeper David Nyström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Malcolm Johnsson's late challenge caught a Åled's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Malcolm Johnsson helped the player get up and apologised. Malcolm Johnsson hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Malte Odeen struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. David Nyström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Glanshammar. Arvid Fribäck struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. David Nyström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Glanshammar. After 92 minutes of play, Glanshammar's Arvid Fribäck made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Nyström was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Åled fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Glanshammar were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
