Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rikard Hermansson started the match with the kick off. Arnäs IF's Jürg Fahlgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malcolm Johnsson in the 3rd minute of play. After 7 minutes of play, Glanshammar's Arvid Fribäck made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jürg Fahlgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Rikard Hermansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute, Arnäs IF's Jonas Strandberg seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jonas Strandberg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Arnäs IF protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jonas Strandberg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave Glanshammar a penalty, 15 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sven Hedkvist, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Arnäs IF's Jürg Fahlgren. 0-2. Viktor Myhr hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute Malte Odeen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jürg Fahlgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jürg Fahlgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arvid Fribäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, Arnäs IF's goal looked a bit too open when Malcolm Johnsson came free, but Jürg Fahlgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Arnäs IF's Valdemar Collin got a free kick in the 34th minute. Jürg Fahlgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arvid Fribäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Emil Nordmark fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Glanshammar's protests and gave Emil Nordmark a yellow card for diving instead. After the first half Glanshammar were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Malte Odeen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Glanshammar getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Bernt Berglund hit a great ball. A collision led to Arnäs IF getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Anaba Fahlgren hit a great ball. A collision led to Arnäs IF getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Michael Bergström hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Jürg Fahlgren successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malte Odeen in the 71st minute of play forced Arnäs IF's goalkeeper Jürg Fahlgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the game, Valdemar Collin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arnäs IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Glanshammar the free kick. In the 74th minute, Valdemar Collin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jürg Fahlgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malcolm Johnsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. If Arvid Fribäck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jürg Fahlgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malte Odeen in the 83rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arvid Fribäck got free with Jürg Fahlgren in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Arnäs IF getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Anders Clementsson hit a great ball.
