Ödsmål's Magnus Berg got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Christer Finnman was out of position in the 12 minute of play, and Esbjörn Wallander capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Esbjörn Wallander really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Per Gustafsson hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Åke Kaxe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hans Winström's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. If Magnus Berg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute Magnus Berg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Åke Kaxe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd match minute, Ödsmål was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Holger Mellberg to maneuver through the defense. Ödsmål's Christer Finnman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Ödsmål from getting a goal against them. If Magnus Berg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hans Winström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Magnus Berg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Åke Kaxe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gunnar Nässén went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Tjällmo's Gunnar Nässén to fire away a dangerous shot which Christer Finnman despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Edwin Johansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Magnus Berg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Åke Kaxe when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 65 minutes of play, Tjällmo's Esbjörn Wallander made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christer Finnman was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 69th minute Esbjörn Wallander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christer Finnman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esbjörn Wallander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Hans Winström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 74 minutes, Jesper Blanck mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ödsmål and the Tjällmo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 74 played minutes Ödsmål got a freekick which was hit by Jesper Blanck. The supporters of Tjällmo booed when Ödsmål was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Hård didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Tjällmo's Gunnar Nässén broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Tjällmo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
