If Dan Nyberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute Ingemar Mellbad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Dahlquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute of the match Oskar Blom sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kjell-Arne Samuelsson skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 19 minutes, Ingemar Mellbad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Björbo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ingemar Mellbad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kjell-Arne Samuelsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Dahlkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 24th minute Christoffer Holmgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kjell-Arne Samuelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Christoffer Holmgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kjell-Arne Samuelsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Patrik Cane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Dahlquist having to interfere. Harry Dahlkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjell-Arne Samuelsson having to interfere. Christoffer Holmgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 44 minutes into the match, Björbo's Jens-Åke Molander sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robin Dahlquist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Björbo's Kjell-Arne Samuelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christoffer Holmgren in the 46th minute of play. Örviken IK's Robin Dahlquist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Örviken IK from getting a goal against them. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christoffer Holmgren made a kick off. When Dan Nyberg came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Björbo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dan Nyberg couldn't finish the play. Dan Nyberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robin Dahlquist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. After 71 played minutes Björbo got a freekick which was hit by Ingemar Mellbad. Christoffer Holmgren struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Kjell-Arne Samuelsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Örviken IK. 75 minutes into the match, Björbo's goalkeeper Kjell-Arne Samuelsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Harry Dahlkvist. Robin Dahlquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Nyberg in the 77th minute of the match. Mattias Hermansson hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. When Christoffer Holmgren came up free with the goalie in the 102nd minute, the Örviken IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christoffer Holmgren couldn't finish the play. Örviken IK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
