In the 3rd match minute, Sparta Maximus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joacim Larsson to maneuver through the defense. Jens-Åke Molander kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 8th minute, one of Sparta Maximus:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sparta Maximus. In the 10th minute there was a penalty for Björbo. Michael Björk stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jim Hellqvist. 0-1. In the 15th minute Ingemar Mellbad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jim Hellqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jim Hellqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Åke Molander in the 16th minute of the match. Kjell-Arne Samuelsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anders Alin in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Kiempe in the 19th minute of play forced Sparta Maximus's goalkeeper Jim Hellqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jim Hellqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingemar Mellbad in the 24th minute of the match. After 26 played minutes, Björbo's Gabriel Johnsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jim Hellqvist came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Björbo reached it. Jim Hellqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Nyberg in the 28th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Sparta Maximus's goal looked a bit too open when Ingemar Mellbad came free, but Jim Hellqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingemar Mellbad in the 36th minute of play forced Sparta Maximus's goalkeeper Jim Hellqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anders Alin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kjell-Arne Samuelsson having to make a save. After the first half Björbo were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Jim Hellqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dan Nyberg in the 52nd minute. A collision led to Sparta Maximus getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Anders Alin hit a great ball. Jim Hellqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingemar Mellbad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Samuel Kiempe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Björbo's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuel Kiempe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jim Hellqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingemar Mellbad in the 57th minute of play forced Sparta Maximus's goalkeeper Jim Hellqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Samuel Kiempe took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Jim Hellqvist to make any attempt to save it. 69 minutes into the game, Björbo's Dan Nyberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jim Hellqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Jim Hellqvist made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Samuel Kiempe sent off a good shot on target. Jim Hellqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Åke Molander in the 75th minute of the match. With a little luck, Sparta Maximus's Jim Hellqvist got control of the ball when Dan Nyberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 80th minute, Samuel Kiempe reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jim Hellqvist. The goal made the score 0-5.
