Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Patrik Håning got the match started through his kick off. Mikael Brask kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After having played for 17 minutes, Tom Björnsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fristad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tom Björnsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gärds köpinge's goalkeeper John Sjögren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. John Sjögren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tom Björnsson in the 20th minute. With an all-out effort, Fristad's John Sjögren threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Linus Håkansson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The Gärds köpinge fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Gärds köpinge's Jens-Åke Granström looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 28 minutes, Gunnar Henriksson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gärds köpinge and the Fristad players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th minute, Gunnar Henriksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. John Sjögren was a little too slow when Patrik Håning got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 2-1. After having played for 35 minutes, Patrik Håning managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fristad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrik Håning was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Karl-Åke Hägg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvald Lindberg having to interfere. After 39 played minutes Fristad got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Ove Tunberg. If Jens-Åke Granström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Osvald Lindberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Åke Granström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jens-Åke Granström made a kick off. Tom Björnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John Sjögren having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patrik Håning in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg John Sjögren saved Gärds köpinge from getting behind. After having played for 63 minutes, Tom Björnsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fristad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tom Björnsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tom Björnsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. John Sjögren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Gärds köpinge defense, Patrik Håning kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of John Sjögren. The Gärds köpinge fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that John Sjögren should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Åke Granström in the 81st minute of play forced Fristad's goalkeeper Osvald Lindberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jens-Åke Granström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 88 minutes, Linus Håkansson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fristad and the Gärds köpinge players grew even worse after the yellow card. Linus Håkansson kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Fristad's zone, Jens-Åke Granström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osvald Lindberg came out of the goal and Jens-Åke Granström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
