Per Sundling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henric Sävström having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Per-Åke Haegg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robin Helberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 25 minutes into the game, Ullånger FK's Evert Kämpe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Robin Helberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 36th minute, Per Sundling ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henric Sävström was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Robin Helberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evert Kämpe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute, Per-Åke Haegg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Ullånger FK booed when Lugnvik BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Konrad Engström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Evert Kämpe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robin Helberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 48th minute of play. After the first half Ullånger FK were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Torsten Gunnarsson was the one to do the kick off. Torsten Gunnarsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henric Sävström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. After 59 played minutes Ullånger FK got a freekick which was hit by Jerry Skålberg. Henric Sävström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Sundling in the 62nd minute of the match. Henric Sävström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Torsten Gunnarsson went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. In the 68thth minute of the game Per Sundling who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ullånger FK's Henric Sävström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ullånger FK's Evert Kämpe got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Per-Åke Haegg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robin Helberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. In the 76th minute, Jan-Erik Karlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute Torsten Gunnarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henric Sävström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 85 minutes, Torsten Gunnarsson made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Ullånger FK's Henric Sävström tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 88 played minutes Lugnvik BF got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Erik Karlberg. Henric Sävström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torsten Gunnarsson in the 91st minute of the match. Folke Berggren kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Torsten Gunnarsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Henric Sävström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Lugnvik BF fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ullånger FK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
