After a rather tough play, Grönahög's Jimmy Waller got a free kick in the 24th minute. Rickard Haglund struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Isak Hult didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mölnlycke BF. If Sten Wik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The wind increased when Sverker Holmgren made the kick off in the second half. Isak Hult showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sten Wik, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. When Mölnlycke BF's Rickard Haglund in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Sten Wik took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isak Hult. Isak Hult dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 75th minute, Rickard Haglund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mölnlycke BF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Gunnar Valler kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Urban Beckman. That made the score 3-4 in the 84 minute of play. Sten Wik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isak Hult showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rickard Haglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Isak Hult took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rickard Haglund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94thth minute of the game Sverker Holmgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mölnlycke BF's Urban Beckman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Mölnlycke BF's Sonny Uggla got a free kick in the 95th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Gunnar Valler managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grönahög's supporters rose to their feet, but Gunnar Valler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urban Beckman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
