Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Hans Gruber showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elof Bagge, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. If Wilhelm Söderström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven-Arne Helberg got free with Birger Drake in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 17 minutes Vallhamn's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Erik Bodin who took care of the corner kick. Rudolf Alströmmer thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Birger Drake, a very annoying self made goal in the 17th minute which led to 1-0. Hans Gruber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilhelm Söderström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elof Bagge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 35 minutes into the match, Vallhamn's Elof Bagge sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hans Gruber narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Birger Drake was a little too slow when Harald Edström got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 2-0. Wilhelm Söderström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elof Bagge took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hans Gruber. Hans Gruber dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Evert Öman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Birger Drake stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evert Öman's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Birger Drake showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Arne Helberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Sven-Arne Helberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Vallhamn's Philip Björkkvist got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 65 minutes into the match, Sven-Arne Helberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Birger Drake. Vallhamn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sven-Arne Helberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Evert Öman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birger Drake having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Vallhamn's zone, Evert Öman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Birger Drake came out of the goal and Evert Öman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Evert Öman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Birger Drake tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 78 played minutes Överlida got a freekick which was hit by Albin Strömberg. Sven-Arne Helberg's late challenge caught a Vallhamn's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sven-Arne Helberg helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Överlida getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Sven-Arne Helberg hit a great ball. 83 minutes into the match, Vallhamn's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Arne Helberg came free, but Birger Drake reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alf Asserlind charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alf Asserlind the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Vallhamn's Alf Asserlind got a free kick in the 86th minute. Birger Drake made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Arne Helberg in the 88th minute of play. Sven-Arne Helberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Birger Drake tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Birger Drake stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evert Öman's shot from short distance in the 99th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Vallhamn players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Överlida.
