Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eddie Billock got the match started through his kick off. When Fredrik Bergström fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Noraström BK's protests and gave Fredrik Bergström a yellow card for diving instead. Fredrik Bergström kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Erland Ekström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Latikberg booed when Noraström BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Algot Ivarsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Manfred Ek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rickard Siöman was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Felix Stenman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Felix Stenman really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Erland Ekströms short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Rickard Siöman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 22 minutes into the match, Noraström BK's goalkeeper Rickard Siöman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leif Andreasson. After 24 minutes, Zebastian Ahlin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Noraström BK and the Latikberg players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sten Frisck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Mats Asplund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erland Ekström to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erland Ekström in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rickard Siöman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 56th match minute, Latikberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Nyberg to maneuver through the defense. Mats Asplund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eddie Billock went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. When Leif Andreasson came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Latikberg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leif Andreasson couldn't finish the play. 64 minutes into the match, Latikberg's goal looked a bit too open when Eddie Billock came free, but Mats Asplund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Noraström BK's zone, Eric Vallgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rickard Siöman came out of the goal and Eric Vallgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rickard Siöman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erland Ekström in the 71st minute of the match. Mats Asplund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eddie Billock, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. When Måns Danielsson came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Noraström BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Måns Danielsson couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute, Erland Ekström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rickard Siöman was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. If Fredrik Bergström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Eddie Billock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Latikberg were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
