If Georg Strand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Nordlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vincent Andreasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Wictor Stålman charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wictor Stålman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sidensjö fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 7th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Hargshamn IF a penalty, 9 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jan-Ove Nyman, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sidensjö's Christian Nordlund. 0-1. Konrad Hasselqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Sidensjö's Wictor Stålman got a free kick in the 20th minute. Jan-Ove Nyman, 21 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Christian Nordlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Georg Strand, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Konrad Hasselqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vincent Andreasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Nordlund having to interfere. Georg Strand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hargshamn IF's Georg Strand got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sidensjö's goalkeeper Christian Nordlund, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 33rd match minute, Sidensjö was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dan Vollander to maneuver through the defense. When Vincent Andreasson came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Hargshamn IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vincent Andreasson couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Georg Strand in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christian Nordlund saved Sidensjö from getting behind. In the 37th minute, Georg Strand made a precise shot to the right of Christian Nordlund. Sidensjö's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. If Gert Magnusson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andreas Bröms took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Ahlén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Gert Magnusson fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sidensjö's protests and gave Gert Magnusson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 49th minute, Georg Strand left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hargshamn IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vincent Andreasson to strike the kick off in the second half. When Gert Magnusson was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 55 minutes had been played. Vincent Andreasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Nordlund having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Georg Strand managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hargshamn IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Georg Strand was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christian Nordlund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Georg Strand struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Christian Nordlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hargshamn IF. Hargshamn IF's Vincent Andreasson got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Sidensjö defense, Georg Strand kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christian Nordlund. The Sidensjö fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christian Nordlund should have stopped the shot. Christian Nordlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vincent Andreasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Sakarias Albäck hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute Vincent Andreasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Nordlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 97 minutes into the game, Konrad Hasselqvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Andreas Bröms was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Hargshamn IF had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
