Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After 7 minutes, Svante Rudkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fågelfors and the Grundsund players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Barck in the 18th minute of play forced Grundsund's goalkeeper Krister Lägdin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fågelfors's Wiktor Lundhberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils-Åke Caspersson in the 19th minute of play. Wiktor Lundhberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils-Åke Caspersson in the 21st minute of play. Bo Arenstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute Bo Arenstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krister Lägdin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Henning Österlund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grundsund's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fågelfors the free kick. In the 34th minute, Henning Österlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Barck in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Krister Lägdin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 41 minutes into the match, Fågelfors's goal looked a bit too open when Nils-Åke Caspersson came free, but Wiktor Lundhberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Viggo Ekblom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 46 played minutes Fågelfors got a freekick which was hit by Melker Hammarberg. After recieving a nice pass, Grundsund's Roland Tinglöf tried to score from far away in the 47th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Bo Arenstedt made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Viggo Ekblom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wiktor Lundhberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils-Åke Caspersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 59th minute, David Barck left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fågelfors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nils-Åke Caspersson in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wiktor Lundhberg saved Fågelfors from getting behind. Nils-Åke Caspersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiktor Lundhberg having to interfere. Krister Lägdin made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when David Barck sent off a good shot on target. 87 minutes into the match, Viggo Ekblom had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wiktor Lundhberg. Fågelfors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Viggo Ekblom was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Wiktor Lundhberg came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Grundsund's Viggo Ekblom. But to his dismay, Viggo Ekblom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Grundsund's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
