Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Veberöd's Jack Wennerqvist started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mathias Hedström charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mathias Hedström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jack Wennerqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Nils-Erik Aleberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Jack Wennerqvist put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Nils-Erik Aleberg. 13 minutes into the game, one of Surahammars IF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Albert Skröder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Birger Hybbert stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albert Skröder's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Veberöd's Birger Hybbert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Skröder in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Jack Wennerqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils-Erik Aleberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Algot Lööf in the 47th minute of play forced Surahammars IF's goalkeeper Nils-Erik Aleberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Albert Skröder made the kick off in the second half. When Surahammars IF's Albert Skröder in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Veberöd's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 55 minutes, Sven-Oskar Malmberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Surahammars IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sven-Oskar Malmberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tomas Wallengren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Nils-Erik Aleberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sven-Oskar Malmberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Birger Hybbert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Skröder, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Mathias Hedström got his second yellow card in the match during the 69th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Surahammars IF's Mathias Hedström got a free kick in the 70th minute. Nils-Erik Aleberg came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Veberöd's Tomas Wallengren. But to his dismay, Tomas Wallengren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Veberöd's Birger Hybbert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Oskar Malmberg in the 77th minute of play. When Veberöd's Jack Wennerqvist in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Surahammars IF's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Surahammars IF's Nils-Erik Aleberg got control of the ball when Tomas Wallengren tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Surahammars IF getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. August Skager hit a great ball. Jörgen Morat kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Tomas Wallengren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Veberöd's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
