Bertil Ahlerot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bredsidastolpein FF. Bertil Kollberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Bertil Ahlerot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gottfrid Jönsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Bredsidastolpein FF getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Per Bolander hit a great ball. Torgny Nordkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Björn Fagrell in the 18th minute of the match. Bredsidastolpein FF's Torgny Nordkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Björn Fagrell in the 24th minute of play. Torgny Nordkvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Egil Waller in the 28th minute. Tobias Delin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torgny Nordkvist having to interfere. Robert Odin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Torgny Nordkvist made a huge save. 36 minutes into the match, Bredsidastolpein FF's goalkeeper Torgny Nordkvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Egil Waller. Egil Waller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Torgny Nordkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torgny Nordkvist was a little too slow when Björn Fagrell got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 1-0. After a rather tough play, Sparsör's Pål Ros got a free kick in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Björn Fagrell was the one to do the kick off. Torgny Nordkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Björn Fagrell, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Egil Waller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pål Ros hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Björn Fagrell in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Torgny Nordkvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Torgny Nordkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Björn Fagrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Egil Strömqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 77 played minutes Sparsör got a freekick which was hit by Michael Siöberg. Hugo Kvalfält recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hugo Kvalfält received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Bertil Ahlerot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sparsör's Bertil Ahlerot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egil Strömqvist in the 89th minute of play.
