Jimmie Odin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Sundström having to interfere. Emil Bammerman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Axel Sundström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute Allan Söderqwist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fred Björkdahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Axel Sundström made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Jimmie Odin sent off a good shot on target. Axel Sundström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adrian Ström's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Fred Björkdahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Algren in the 25th minute of the match. In the 27th match minute, Njutångers BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per Pihlgren to maneuver through the defense. After 31 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ilsbo! The referee gave Njutångers BK a penalty, 32 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by George Sjögren, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ilsbo's Axel Sundström. 1-0. If Emil Bammerman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute of the match Karl-Oskar Bryngelsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fred Björkdahl skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Andreas Algren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ilsbo's supporters rose to their feet, but Andreas Algren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fred Björkdahl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jimmie Odin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Allan Söderqwist charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Allan Söderqwist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ilsbo's Allan Söderqwist got a free kick in the 55th minute. When Karl-Ove Bergendahl came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Ilsbo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Ove Bergendahl couldn't finish the play. Andreas Algrens short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Fred Björkdahl to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Emil Bammerman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Sundström having to interfere. Fred Björkdahl came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Ilsbo's Allan Söderqwist. But to his dismay, Allan Söderqwist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After having played for 71 minutes, Kaj Smitt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Njutångers BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kaj Smitt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When George Sjögren fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Njutångers BK's protests and gave George Sjögren a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Njutångers BK's George Sjögren got a free kick in the 75th minute. Axel Sundström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Ström, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute Karl-Ove Bergendahl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fred Björkdahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Njutångers BK's Fred Björkdahl got control of the ball when Allan Söderqwist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adrian Ström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fred Björkdahl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Ove Bergendahl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Ilsbo's Allan Söderqwist ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fred Björkdahl. Fred Björkdahl yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Adrian Ström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Axel Sundström having to make a save.
