Ödeborg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Sigfridsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 17 played minutes, Mörlunda's Kristian Klack shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Johannes Gustavsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mörlunda reached it. 18 minutes into the game, Sigvard Josefsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ödeborg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mörlunda the free kick. In the 18th minute, Sigvard Josefsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sixten Falkrans stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sune Bröms's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. If Sven Ek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aleksander Skräddare could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Sixten Falkrans made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Mörlunda's zone, Sune Bröms stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sixten Falkrans came out of the goal and Sune Bröms tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Mörlunda getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Jan-Erik Lindberg hit a great ball. Sven Ek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mörlunda's Sixten Falkrans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleksander Skräddare in the 63rd minute of play. Sixten Falkrans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aleksander Skräddare in the 70th minute of the match. Sune Bröms fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixten Falkrans having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Jack Alströmmer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80thth minute of the game Sune Bröms who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mörlunda's Sixten Falkrans was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sven Ek struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Johannes Gustavsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mörlunda. Sixten Falkrans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sune Bröms, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Mörlunda eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
