Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Robin Olsman kicked off to start the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Johnny Lawrence in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tord Browall saved Grytgöl IF from getting behind. In the 7th minute, AIK's Johnny Lawrence ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tord Browall. Tord Browall yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Kristoffer Holmberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tord Browall having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Grytgöl IF's goalkeeper Tord Browall had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Opilano Corujo. After 23 minutes, Peder Tidén mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AIK and the Grytgöl IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, AIK's Peder Tidén got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute Robin Olsman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Édouard Mendy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tord Browall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johnny Lawrence in the 27th minute of play. Tord Browall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johnny Lawrence, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in AIK's zone, Robin Olsman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Édouard Mendy came out of the goal and Robin Olsman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Johnny Lawrence was the one to do the kick off. Tord Browall stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johnny Lawrence's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. A collision led to Grytgöl IF getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Hjalmar Lindmark hit a great ball. Tord Browall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Åkesson, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 68th minute Johnny Lawrence shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tord Browall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grytgöl IF's Tord Browall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnny Lawrence in the 73rd minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Johnny Lawrence had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tord Browall. Grytgöl IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Johnny Lawrence was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. AIK's Édouard Mendy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save AIK from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Grytgöl IF booed when AIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peder Tidén didn't get a good kick on the ball. Johnny Lawrence took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tord Browall. Tord Browall dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. 87 minutes into the match, Johnny Lawrence notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Grytgöl IF's Tord Browall. Tord Browall was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tord Browall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Opilano Corujo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 93 minutes into the game, Kristoffer Holmberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Tord Browall was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 98th minute Johnny Lawrence shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tord Browall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
