Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Karl-Ove Kellbom started the match with the kick off. Karl-Ove Kellbom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arne Ekström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th match minute, Hallaryd RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Offendahl to maneuver through the defense. Arne Ekström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilbert Johnsson in the 28th minute of the match. When Herman Stenkvist came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Alingsås IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herman Stenkvist couldn't finish the play. Herman Stenkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Arne Ekström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilbert Johnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Ekström having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Gilbert Johnsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alingsås IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilbert Johnsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arne Ekström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arne Ekström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilbert Johnsson in the 39th minute of play. If Elias Offendahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Karl-Ove Kellbom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Alingsås IFK booed when Hallaryd RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Offendahl didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Rikard Ekblom hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peter Carlsson in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ivan Bennet saved Alingsås IFK from getting behind. In the 59th minute Karl-Ove Kellbom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Bennet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustav Dalberg's late challenge caught a Hallaryd RK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gustav Dalberg helped the player get up and apologised. After 60 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Alingsås IFK! If Karl-Ove Kellbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivan Bennet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Carlsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Peter Carlsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hallaryd RK's supporters rose to their feet, but Peter Carlsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Ove Kellbom in the 96th minute of play forced Alingsås IFK's goalkeeper Ivan Bennet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Hallaryd RK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
