Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gert Haeger in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck August Böcklund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Braulio Castel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kovland's August Böcklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Braulio Castel in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Gert Haeger ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. August Böcklund was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. August Böcklund came out of the goal and Thamthada Zamanopoulos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The AIK FOTBOLL fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when AIK FOTBOLL's Victor Valenzuela looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sven-Oskar Andreasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Einar Nyman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Kovland players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. AIK FOTBOLL were winning 0-5.

AIK FOTBOLL made a substitution. Manfred Blomkvist replaced Victor Valenzuela. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pontus Fredriksson to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Gert Haeger reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of August Böcklund. The goal made the score 0-6. Braulio Castel who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of August Böcklund when he managed to save the team from getting behind. August Böcklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gert Haeger in the 67th minute of play. Manfred Blomkvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but August Böcklund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Braulio Castel could shoot a difficult shot in the 81st minute, which August Böcklund however easily saved by the left post. Braulio Castel in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of August Böcklund, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. August Böcklund made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Braulio Castel sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Gert Haeger's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but August Böcklund was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Braulio Castel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without August Böcklund having to interfere. August Böcklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gert Haeger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Kovland fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. AIK FOTBOLL were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
