The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Bengt Skoog had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bengt Skoog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Billy Österberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Nyberg in the 12th minute of play. Bengt Skoog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emil Nordström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Billy Österberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leo Gallin kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Johannes Fernkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inge Tingelholm in the 23rd minute of the match. When Konrad Norberg fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Swedish Beavers BK's protests and gave Konrad Norberg a yellow card for diving instead. Konrad Norberg hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After 34 played minutes Järnforsen got a freekick which was hit by Leo Gallin. Emil Nordström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute Emil Nordström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Billy Österberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Järnforsen's Leo Gallin got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 44th minute, Swedish Beavers BK's Emil Nordström ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Billy Österberg. Billy Österberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Inge Tingelholm made a kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Järnforsen's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Nordström came free, but Billy Österberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Emil Nordström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Swedish Beavers BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Emil Nordström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Billy Österberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 62 minutes into the match, Järnforsen's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt Skoog came free, but Billy Österberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute, Thomas Nyberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Swedish Beavers BK's Johannes Fernkvist got control of the ball when Fabian Isaksson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bengt Skoog took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Billy Österberg. Billy Österberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Järnforsen's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Oscar Samuelsson in the 76th minute. The corner led Järnforsen's Inge Tingelholm to a score. 4-1 in the 77th minute. Swedish Beavers BK were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after Järnforsen's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Blerand Balaj took the corner. After taking down the ball on Swedish Beavers BK's corner Blerand Balaj fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Billy Österberg quite easily take care of the ball. Bengt Skoog's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Billy Österberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. After having played for 90 minutes, Bengt Skoog managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Swedish Beavers BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bengt Skoog was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabian Isaksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Järnforsen's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
