Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Sveg IFK's Emil Sefastsson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kjell Hjeltman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sakarias Aleberg in the 2nd minute of the match. Jonas Pihl kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Sveg IFK's Emil Sefastsson got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alfons Viklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Kjell Hjeltman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kjell Hjeltman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olov Kruuse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sveg IFK's Kjell Hjeltman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olov Kruuse in the 13th minute of play. After 16 played minutes Åsbro FK got a freekick which was hit by Magnus Kellberg. When Bo Lindgren, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 19 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Robert Lindell was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The supporters of Sveg IFK booed when Åsbro FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Håkan Sundberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute Åsbro FK were awarded a corner. Olov Kruuse went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Åsbro FK's corner Olov Kruuse fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kjell Hjeltman quite easily take care of the ball. Ivar Ekrot kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Sveg IFK's Emil Sefastsson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Robert Lindell. Robert Lindell yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. A collision led to Sveg IFK getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Erling Tingberg hit a great ball. Kjell Hjeltman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfons Viklund in the 38th minute of the match. Kjell Hjeltman came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Åsbro FK's Olov Kruuse. But to his dismay, Olov Kruuse quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Olov Kruuse stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sakarias Aleberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Kjell Hjeltman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Sveg IFK booed when Åsbro FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magnus Kellberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Emil Sefastsson came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Sveg IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emil Sefastsson couldn't finish the play. Åsbro FK's Olov Kruuse got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Robert Lindell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bo Lindgren in the 67th minute of the match. Kjell Hjeltman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olov Kruuse in the 69th minute. Kjell Hjeltman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sakarias Aleberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Sveg IFK's Kjell Hjeltman got control of the ball when Alfons Viklund tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sakarias Aleberg in the 79th minute of play forced Sveg IFK's goalkeeper Kjell Hjeltman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kjell Hjeltman made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Olov Kruuse sent off a good shot on target. Kjell Hjeltman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olov Kruuse in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th minute of the match Åsbro FK got a corner. Sveg IFK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Olov Kruuse ran over to the corner to take the kick. Robert Lindell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albin Sandwall, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. A collision led to Sveg IFK getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Per-Åke Gustafsson hit a great ball. The Åsbro FK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Åsbro FK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
