Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Sven-Edvin Alén started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 6th minute Algot Granqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joakim Ljungberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Tågarp FK getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Bertil Löfgren hit a great ball. Tobias Fransson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute, Tågarp FK's Alvar Ekberg seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Alvar Ekberg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Tågarp FK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Alvar Ekberg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Anders Malmström kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Joakim Ljungberg came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by The Loyal ones's Tobias Fransson. But to his dismay, Tobias Fransson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to Tågarp FK getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Rutger Fanström hit a great ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 32nd minute of the game. One of Tågarp FK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of The Loyal ones:s goal. In the 33rd minute there was a penalty for The Loyal ones. Gustav Valström stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Joakim Ljungberg. 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Rutger Fanström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tågarp FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Rutger Fanström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven-Oskar Stensson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joakim Ljungberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Algot Granqvist in the 38th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Tobias Fransson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joakim Ljungberg was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. If Rutger Fanström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, one of The Loyal ones:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for The Loyal ones. Ivar Gerdberg placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After the first half The Loyal ones were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 51st minute, Dag Lange hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tobias Fransson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Tågarp FK defense, Kevin Martinsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joakim Ljungberg. The Tågarp FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joakim Ljungberg should have stopped the shot. Joakim Ljungberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Fransson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Tågarp FK's Joakim Ljungberg got control of the ball when Kevin Martinsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gustav Valström kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Kevin Martinsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the last second Joakim Ljungberg throw himself and got hold of the ball when Tobias Fransson in the 90thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 93rd minute Algot Granqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joakim Ljungberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Loyal ones's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
