An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Ödmann in the 4th minute of play forced Haby BoIS's goalkeeper Ingvar Sandberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute Vilhelm Karlstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingvar Sandberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustav Hybbert scored 0-2 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ingvar Sandberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Vilhelm Karlstedt came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the The Skates fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vilhelm Karlstedt couldn't finish the play. The The Skates fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when The Skates's Gustav Hybbert looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 23rd minute, Christian Hedling made a precise shot to the right of Ingvar Sandberg. Haby BoIS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Ingvar Sandberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alex Ödmann went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. 33 minutes into the match, Haby BoIS's goal looked a bit too open when Gustav Hybbert came free, but Ingvar Sandberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ingvar Sandberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Ödmann in the 43rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Haby BoIS defense, Gustav Hybbert kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ingvar Sandberg. The Haby BoIS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ingvar Sandberg should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-8.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Greger Svanström was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Haby BoIS's Ingvar Sandberg got control of the ball when Christian Hedling tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Harry Larsson took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Ingvar Sandberg to make any attempt to save it. Ingvar Sandberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Ödmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th match minute, Haby BoIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Greger Svanström to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute, Alex Ödmann reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ingvar Sandberg. The goal made the score 0-10. Gustav Hybbert received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ingvar Sandberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Gustav Hybbert slotted it home off the left post making it 0-11 in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell Fribäck in the 78th minute of play forced Haby BoIS's goalkeeper Ingvar Sandberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Haby BoIS's Ingvar Sandberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Haby BoIS from getting a goal against them. Ingvar Sandberg made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Gustav Hybbert sent off a good shot on target. In the 81st minute, The Skates's Vilhelm Karlstedt dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-14. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vilhelm Karlstedt in the 85th minute of play forced Haby BoIS's goalkeeper Ingvar Sandberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alex Ödmann received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ingvar Sandberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Alex Ödmann slotted it home off the left post making it 0-15 in the 86th minute. Ingvar Sandberg made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Alex Ödmann sent off a good shot on target. Ingvar Sandberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christian Hedling in the 95th minute. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Vilhelm Karlstedt took a quick shot and it went in 0-17 without a chance for Ingvar Sandberg to make any attempt to save it. The Haby BoIS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. The Skates were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
