Sixten Axelsson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Delmiro Gabirel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Anders Alström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sixten Axelsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Gábor Keserű could shoot a difficult shot in the 11th minute, which Sixten Axelsson however easily saved by the left post. In the 14th minute, Gábor Keserű made a precise shot to the right of Sixten Axelsson. GermanKK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. If Gábor Keserű had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sixten Axelsson made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Gábor Keserű sent off a good shot on target. Mikael Lindberg kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Björköby's Gábor Keserű got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gábor Keserű recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Delmiro Gabirel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixten Axelsson having to interfere. Sixten Axelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmiro Gabirel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Delmiro Gabirel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kurt Wästerberg charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kurt Wästerberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 40th match minute, GermanKK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kurt Wästerberg to maneuver through the defense. Sixten Axelsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Gabirel, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind GermanKK's goalkeeper Sixten Axelsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 47 minutes, Delmiro Gabirel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Björköby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delmiro Gabirel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Torbjörn Björnsson struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Bengt Lindholm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GermanKK. After 56 played minutes GermanKK got a freekick which was hit by Patrik Vallander. After a rather tough play, GermanKK's Patrik Vallander got a free kick in the 60th minute. GermanKK's Sixten Axelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmiro Gabirel in the 62nd minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Björköby's Gábor Keserű sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sixten Axelsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. GermanKK's Sixten Axelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anders Alström in the 68th minute of play. Anders Alström took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sixten Axelsson. Sixten Axelsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. A collision led to Björköby getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Anders Alström hit a great ball. After 82 played minutes GermanKK got a freekick which was hit by Patrik Vallander. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmiro Gabirel in the 90th minute of play forced GermanKK's goalkeeper Sixten Axelsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Björköby's Gábor Keserű got a free kick in the 91st minute. Björköby's Ingmar Flink was substituted for Jânio Velloso. If Allan Sundin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Torbjörn Björnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt Lindholm having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Björköby had played much better football throughout.
