Storgatan Warriors's Jens-Erik Persson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Erik Fristedt in the 11th minute of play. A collision led to Dalkurd FF getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Georg Pettersson hit a great ball. Ingvar Bjursell's late challenge caught a Dalkurd FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ingvar Bjursell helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th match minute, Storgatan Warriors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingvar Bjursell to maneuver through the defense. Kevin Broberg made in the 17th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Dalkurd FF's Lennart Vallengren. In the 19th minute, Dalkurd FF's Jan-Erik Fristedt ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jens-Erik Persson. Jens-Erik Persson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 22 minutes into the match, Torsten Moberg notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Storgatan Warriors's Jens-Erik Persson. Jens-Erik Persson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dalkurd FF's Jörgen Bergendahl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingvar Bjursell in the 27th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Torsten Moberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jens-Erik Persson was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 39th minute, Storgatan Warriors's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Torsten Moberg fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jens-Erik Persson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jan-Erik Fristedt showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 44 minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ingvar Bjursell was the one to do the kick off. Jens-Erik Persson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kenny Apelkvist went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. In the 58th minute, Kenny Apelkvist made a precise shot to the right of Jens-Erik Persson. Storgatan Warriors's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. After some careless play in the Storgatan Warriors defense, Jan-Erik Fristedt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jens-Erik Persson. The Storgatan Warriors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jens-Erik Persson should have stopped the shot. Torsten Moberg scored 9-0 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jens-Erik Persson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jan-Erik Fristedt hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. When Kevin Broberg fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Storgatan Warriors's protests and gave Kevin Broberg a yellow card for diving instead. Kevin Broberg hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Torsten Moberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jens-Erik Persson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Storgatan Warriors were furious when Bror Bergkvist was red carded, 95 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. When the referee ended the match the Dalkurd FF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
