Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Håkan Kiempe took the kick off in the first half of the match. Wiktor Boklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Carl Tönnberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th match minute, Klövsjö IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Erik Berglund to maneuver through the defense. Verner Tomasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mats Nordkvist in the 16th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Wiktor Boklund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Tönnberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 19 minutes, Tor Nordin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Klövsjö IF and the Åre IK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tor Nordin kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Jan Strömqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Verner Tomasson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Karl-Oskar Alebäck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mats Nordkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Verner Tomasson having to interfere. Åre IK's Verner Tomasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Strömqvist in the 37th minute of play. Jan Strömqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Verner Tomasson made a huge save. In the 48th minute Jan Strömqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Verner Tomasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

54 minutes into the match, Åre IK's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Strömqvist came free, but Verner Tomasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Verner Tomasson came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Klövsjö IF's Mats Nordkvist. But to his dismay, Mats Nordkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After having played for 63 minutes, Jan Strömqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Klövsjö IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan Strömqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Klövsjö IF's Carl Tönnberg got control of the ball when Wiktor Boklund tried to sneak it across the goal line. Verner Tomasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Strömqvist in the 74th minute of the match. Verner Tomasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mats Nordkvist in the 76th minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Åre IK's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Strömqvist came free, but Verner Tomasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Wiktor Boklund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 95 minutes, Håkan Kiempe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Åre IK and the Klövsjö IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 96 played minutes Åre IK got a freekick which was hit by Håkan Kiempe. Klövsjö IF were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Åre IK for a fine match.
