Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Håkan Kiempe took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd match minute, Bantayan BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Strömberg to maneuver through the defense. Wiktor Boklund scored 1-0 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stig Lustig, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Bantayan BK defense, Wiktor Boklund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stig Lustig. The Bantayan BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stig Lustig should have stopped the shot. Stig Lustig made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ludwig Fernström in the 14th minute. If Bengt-Åke Burman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stig Lustig made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Wiktor Boklund sent off a good shot on target. Åke Strömberg hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Bantayan BK's zone, Wiktor Boklund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stig Lustig came out of the goal and Wiktor Boklund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 19 minutes into the match, Bantayan BK's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Oskar Alebäck came free, but Stig Lustig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bantayan BK's Stig Lustig proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Bantayan BK from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Bantayan BK's Stig Lustig got control of the ball when Wiktor Boklund tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stig Lustig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Oskar Alebäck in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Åke Strömberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wiktor Boklund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Stig Lustig made a huge save. Bantayan BK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Ludwig Fernström scored to the left of an out of position Stig Lustig, making the score, 3-0. Bantayan BK's Stig Lustig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Oskar Alebäck in the 38th minute of play. Åke Strömberg hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Åre IK's Håkan Kiempe slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Stig Lustig. That made the score 4-0 after 45 minutes of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

With 56 minutes on the clock, Åke Strömberg commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 56th minute of the game. One of Bantayan BK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Åre IK:s goal. Stig Lustig went to the wrong direction when Håkan Kiempe was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Stig Lustig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Oskar Alebäck, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Stig Lustig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Håkan Kiempe in the 66th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the game, Håkan Kiempe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Stig Lustig was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Stig Lustig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Carlsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stig Lustig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Oskar Alebäck, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Bantayan BK's Stig Lustig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wiktor Boklund in the 88th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Håkan Kiempe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stig Lustig. Bantayan BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Håkan Kiempe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Håkan Kiempe in the 94th minute of play forced Bantayan BK's goalkeeper Stig Lustig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 97th minute Karl-Oskar Alebäck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig Lustig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bantayan BK's Stig Lustig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludwig Fernström in the 98th minute of play. There was no doubt that Åre IK were the better team. Åre IK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
