Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Corrado Piermattei kicked off to start the match. After some careless play in the IFK Göteborg defense, Magne Forssberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernt Tinglöf. The IFK Göteborg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernt Tinglöf should have stopped the shot. After 7 played minutes Yxhult got a freekick which was hit by Stig-Åke Svanberg. In the 10th minute Karl-Oskar Björklund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernt Tinglöf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Yxhult's Magne Forssberg in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye IFK Göteborg's goalie prevented a goal. Bernt Tinglöf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Magne Forssberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernt Tinglöf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Magne Forssberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 16 minutes into the game, Yxhult's Karl-Oskar Björklund nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernt Tinglöf made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 19th minute, IFK Göteborg's Corrado Piermattei ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rickard Ahlgren. Rickard Ahlgren yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. If Daniel Blom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Magne Forssberg in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernt Tinglöf prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Magne Forssberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Magne Forssberg in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernt Tinglöf prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Johan Njurenius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernt Tinglöf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Oskar Björklund in the 42nd minute of the match. Bengt Bryngelsson was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 44 minutes into the match. Bengt Bryngelsson kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Magne Forssberg in the 53rd minute of play forced IFK Göteborg's goalkeeper Bernt Tinglöf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stig-Åke Svanberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 57 minutes into the match, IFK Göteborg's goalkeeper Bernt Tinglöf had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Magne Forssberg. 59 minutes into the match, Magne Forssberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernt Tinglöf. IFK Göteborg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Magne Forssberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. Bernt Tinglöf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Magne Forssberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Bernt Tinglöf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Magne Forssberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Magne Forssberg in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernt Tinglöf prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in IFK Göteborg's zone, Karl-Oskar Björklund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernt Tinglöf came out of the goal and Karl-Oskar Björklund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karl-Oskar Björklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernt Tinglöf having to interfere. After 88 played minutes Karl-Oskar Björklund rounded IFK Göteborg's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-7. Bernt Tinglöf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Magne Forssberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 94th minute, Yxhult's Karl-Oskar Björklund ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bernt Tinglöf. Bernt Tinglöf yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-8. When the final whistle sounded Yxhult left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than IFK Göteborg.
