The supporters of AS San Pellegrino booed when Brickebackens SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mattias Kihlman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jakob Asserlind's late challenge caught a AS San Pellegrino's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jakob Asserlind helped the player get up and apologised. In the 7th match minute, Brickebackens SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jakob Asserlind to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 13 minutes, Ingvar Malmström successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. David Falkrantz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oscar Biörk's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. After having played for 16 minutes, Oscar Biörk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AS San Pellegrino's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oscar Biörk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Algot Häll had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the match, AS San Pellegrino's goal looked a bit too open when Holger Hagberg came free, but Ingvar Malmström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Falkrantz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Biörk in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 26th minute Holger Hagberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingvar Malmström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Holger Hagberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingvar Malmström having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Brickebackens SK's goal looked a bit too open when Bo Axelsson came free, but David Falkrantz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Algot Häll got free with Ingvar Malmström in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oscar Biörk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Falkrantz came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by AS San Pellegrino's Daniel Lund. But to his dismay, Daniel Lund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Biörk in the 39th minute of play forced Brickebackens SK's goalkeeper David Falkrantz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Falkrantz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bo Axelsson in the 43rd minute of play. Oscar Biörk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Falkrantz having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Holger Hagberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Ingvar Malmström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 62 minutes, Daniel Lund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AS San Pellegrino and the Brickebackens SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Brickebackens SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Algot Häll was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ingvar Malmström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Holger Hagberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, AS San Pellegrino's Oscar Biörk got a free kick in the 78th minute. Ingvar Malmström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Holger Hagberg in the 80th minute of play. Alex Eliasson's late challenge caught a Brickebackens SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alex Eliasson helped the player get up and apologised. 81 minutes into the game, one of AS San Pellegrino:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 83rd minute there was a penalty for Brickebackens SK. Sivert Siöberg stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ingvar Malmström. 1-2. In the 86th minute, Oscar Biörk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mikael Clementsson charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mikael Clementsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Oscar Biörk who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of David Falkrantz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 94th minute, AS San Pellegrino's Oscar Biörk dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Oscar Biörk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Brickebackens SK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching AS San Pellegrino's performance. The match ended with a win for AS San Pellegrino.
