Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Makhaon Patrianakos started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mats Tönnberg got free with Jonas Ekeroth in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mats Tönnberg came free with the goalkeeper in the 8th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jonas Ekeroth could save by the left post. Mats Tönnberg had several of the Salles FF's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 9 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Jonas Ekeroth as he didn't even see the shot coming. Through an outstanding action, after 14 minutes, Jonas Ekeroth successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Salles FF's Jonas Ekeroth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pär Odin in the 15th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Makhaon Patrianakos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sven-Åke Bjurström. Vargön Alloys FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Makhaon Patrianakos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Jonas Ekeroth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mats Tönnberg in the 26th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Salles FF's goalkeeper Jonas Ekeroth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mats Tönnberg. 31 minutes into the match, Salles FF's goal looked a bit too open when Pär Odin came free, but Jonas Ekeroth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Ekeroth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils Sandberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonas Ekeroth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils Sandberg in the 37th minute of play. Alfred Pilberg made in the 47th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Salles FF's Andreas Pihl. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Pär Odin in the 55th minute of play forced Salles FF's goalkeeper Jonas Ekeroth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonas Ekeroth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otto Ålberg in the 56th minute of play. Vargön Alloys FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kåre Qvarnström in the 57th minute. In the 59th minute of the match Vargön Alloys FC got a corner. Salles FF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kåre Qvarnström ran over to the corner to take the kick. Alfred Pilberg was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The crowd rose to their feet as Makhaon Patrianakos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sven-Åke Bjurström. That made the score 1-2 in the 61 minute of play. Jonas Ekeroth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils Sandberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. A collision led to Vargön Alloys FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Kåre Qvarnström hit a great ball. Jonas Ekeroth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mats Tönnberg in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Vargön Alloys FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Ahlbeck came free, but Sven-Åke Bjurström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Ekeroth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pär Odin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sven-Åke Bjurström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Ahlbeck in the 95th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Vargön Alloys FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
