Mattias Eriksson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Gusmão Dias made a huge save. Gusmão Dias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mattias Eriksson's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. If Mattias Eriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Malmö FF's Herman Bohlin got control of the ball when Felix Fredriksson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Herman Bohlin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Beckman in the 54th minute of play. Buksvinens IF's Gusmão Dias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Vale in the 55th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Buksvinens IF's zone, Haroldo Vale stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gusmão Dias came out of the goal and Haroldo Vale tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Herman Bohlin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Beckman in the 59th minute of the match. Gusmão Dias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haroldo Vale, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. If Haroldo Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Fredriksson got free with Herman Bohlin in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mattias Eriksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Gusmão Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niclas Zachrisson charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Niclas Zachrisson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
