Karl-Magnus Eliasson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Arne Lund fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Catamenia Stars's protests and gave Arne Lund a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th match minute, Catamenia Stars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Lund to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute Aron Stål shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Magnus Eliasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastian Berglund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aron Stål in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl-Magnus Eliasson saved Catamenia Stars from getting behind. Karl-Magnus Eliasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klas Rudqvist in the 43rd minute of play. Karl-Magnus Eliasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pål Boklund in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aron Stål made a kick off. Aron Ståls short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Karl-Magnus Eliasson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 55th minute, Yung Gunners FK's Pål Boklund dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klas Rudqvist in the 58th minute of play forced Catamenia Stars's goalkeeper Karl-Magnus Eliasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ingvar Ennegren lost his temper 61 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to Catamenia Stars getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Ingvar Ennegren hit a great ball. With a little luck, Catamenia Stars's Karl-Magnus Eliasson got control of the ball when Sebastian Lidström tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Aron Stål took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Karl-Magnus Eliasson to make any attempt to save it. Pål Boklund struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Karl-Magnus Eliasson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yung Gunners FK. When the match was over Yung Gunners FK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Catamenia Stars throughout the match.
