Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) FC Karlskoga's Remigiusz Tomaszewski started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Remigiusz Tomaszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herman Möllgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th minute of the match Per-Erik Dahlberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edgar Finsberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Edgar Finsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inge Nick in the 6th minute of play. Herman Möllgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Johan Bocklund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th match minute, Svenskt stål UTD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inge Nick to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute, Tor Rolfsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lennart Månsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Herman Möllgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Svenskt stål UTD defense, Remigiusz Tomaszewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Herman Möllgren. The Svenskt stål UTD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Herman Möllgren should have stopped the shot. Herman Möllgren came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Karlskoga's Sonny Algren. But to his dismay, Sonny Algren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Egil Kielberg hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Edgar Finsberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inge Nick in the 45th minute of the match. Herman Möllgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Johan Bocklund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half FC Karlskoga were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Luisito Frederik made the kick off in the second half. Kjell-Arne Andberg's late challenge caught a FC Karlskoga's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kjell-Arne Andberg helped the player get up and apologised. Edgar Finsberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisito Frederik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Karlskoga's goalkeeper Edgar Finsberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 64 minutes into the game, Luisito Frederik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Svenskt stål UTD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Karlskoga the free kick. With a little luck, Svenskt stål UTD's Herman Möllgren got control of the ball when Folke Söderström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Herman Möllgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigiusz Tomaszewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Per-Erik Dahlberg kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After 84 minutes of play, FC Karlskoga's Karl-Johan Bocklund made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Herman Möllgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Svenskt stål UTD's Herman Möllgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigiusz Tomaszewski in the 92nd minute of play.
