The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malin Overdal in the 4th minute of play forced Team Figo's goalkeeper Quirze Acha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 6 minutes Team Figo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Per-Åke Brandt who took care of the corner kick. A hard shot 8 in the game by Ali Nejat Karasu from a close distance when the talented Aleksander Odén managed to make a qualified save. Tidans P92's players were relieved. 9 minutes into the match, Team Figo's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Lund came free, but Quirze Acha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Team Figo's Quirze Acha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malin Overdal in the 11th minute of play. Ali Nejat Karasu might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aleksander Odén. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ali Nejat Karasu ran back to his position shaking his head. Quirze Acha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Lund in the 14th minute of play. Team Figo's Quirze Acha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Lund in the 18th minute of play. Quirze Acha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vilgot Nilsson in the 26th minute of play. In the 31st minute Vilgot Nilsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quirze Acha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Team Figo's goal looked a bit too open when Vilgot Nilsson came free, but Quirze Acha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Quirze Acha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Lund, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Ali Nejat Karasu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Aleksander Odén made a huge save. The Team Figo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tidans P92 were winning 0-1.

When Team Figo's Ali Nejat Karasu in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ali Nejat Karasu in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aleksander Odén saved Tidans P92 from getting behind. When Team Figo's Ali Nejat Karasu in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tidans P92's goalie prevented a goal. In the 71stth minute of the game Ali Nejat Karasu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tidans P92's Aleksander Odén was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sven-Arne Runeberg kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 78th match minute, Tidans P92 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vilgot Nilsson to maneuver through the defense. Aleksander Odén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Nejat Karasu, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After taking down the ball on Team Figo's corner Ronny Felin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aleksander Odén quite easily take care of the ball. In the 82nd minute Dan Lund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quirze Acha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vilgot Nilsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Quirze Acha made a huge save. If Malin Overdal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vilgot Nilsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quirze Acha having to interfere. After some careless play in the Team Figo defense, Dan Lund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Quirze Acha. The Team Figo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Quirze Acha should have stopped the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Tidans P92 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
