In the 13th minute of the match RedBull Antwerpen got a corner. Surgeons United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Oliver Carlsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Oliver Carlsson almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Surgeons United's Lennart Borre did a great save. If Rikard Berggren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Surgeons United's Lennart Borre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gunner Kalashnikov in the 17th minute of play. Sebastian Lindgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rikard Berggren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Lindgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 邱峰常 in the 21st minute of play. Ivar Wennersten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Lennart Borre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivar Wennersten in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lennart Borre, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gunner Kalashnikov struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Valter Kilström scored 1-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Lindgren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 41 minutes into the match, Surgeons United's goal looked a bit too open when Gunner Kalashnikov came free, but Lennart Borre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 42 played minutes Surgeons United got a freekick which was hit by Nils Fagerberg. 邱峰常 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

邱峰常 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th match minute, RedBull Antwerpen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Liljeström to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of RedBull Antwerpen booed when Surgeons United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Manuel Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Surgeons United's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Carlsson came free, but Lennart Borre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute, Ivar Wennersten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lennart Borre was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. If 邱峰常 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gunner Kalashnikov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lennart Borre having to interfere. Surgeons United's Lennart Borre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivar Wennersten in the 74th minute of play. After 78 played minutes RedBull Antwerpen got a freekick which was hit by Zachary Traczewski. If Valter Kilström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute.
