If Jack Grealish had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the match, Bollza Cornholespel's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Tunström came free, but Jens-Åke Ekberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute Richarlison de Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Åke Ekberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ove Öberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 48th match minute, Bollza Cornholespel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Van Dijk to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Richarlison de Andrade to make the kick off. Ove Öberg took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edvin Jonsson. Edvin Jonsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Jens-Åke Ekberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rasmus Mårtensson in the 57th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Bollza Cornholespel defense, Rasmus Mårtensson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jens-Åke Ekberg. The Bollza Cornholespel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jens-Åke Ekberg should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Bollza Cornholespel getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Jack Grealish hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Richarlison de Andrade got free with Jens-Åke Ekberg in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 64th minute, Henry Modig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richarlison de Andrade in the 70th minute of play forced Bollza Cornholespel's goalkeeper Jens-Åke Ekberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Henley Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Ove Öberg came free, but Edvin Jonsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jens-Åke Ekberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rasmus Mårtensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Henry Modig kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Bollza Cornholespel's Trayko Mialki was substituted for Van Dijk. In the 92nd match minute, Henley Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henry Modig to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bollza Cornholespel fans cheered their team off the field, for while Henley Utd had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
