Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Casper Asserlind started the match with the kick off. Egil Eagle hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute, Gösta Nyberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Elefanterna's zone, Tomas Hägert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ove Orm came out of the goal and Tomas Hägert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Hemse RK booed when Elefanterna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olov Åkesson didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Timo Lanng came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Hemse RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timo Lanng couldn't finish the play. Ove Orm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casper Asserlind in the 13th minute of the match. Tomas Hägert struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Ove Orm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hemse RK. Casper Asserlind might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ove Orm. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Casper Asserlind ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 21st minute Timo Lanng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ove Orm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elefanterna's Ove Orm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rune Gustafsson in the 22nd minute of play. When Hemse RK's Casper Asserlind in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Elefanterna's goalie prevented a goal. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Elefanterna's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ove Vedholm was slow to take the kick. During this time Hemse RK's players had a chance to rest. Gabriel Hedlund was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Ove Orm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casper Asserlind, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ove Orm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casper Asserlind in the 35th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Ove Vedholm got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ove Orm quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ove Orm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casper Asserlind, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute Casper Asserlind shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ove Orm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th match minute, Elefanterna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rickard Hjälm to maneuver through the defense. After 50 minutes Elefanterna's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ove Vedholm who took care of the corner kick. After 50 played minutes Hemse RK got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Hedlund. Gabriel Hedlund stood ready after the free kick and tried to head the ball into the goal, but got pushed from behind by one of Elefanterna's defenders and the ball went out. Hemse RK appealed in vain for a penalty, the referee looked over at the linesman, but the flag stayed down. No Penalty. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nilmar Paraense stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Casper Asserlind could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Ove Orm made a huge save. Hemse RK's Sverker Nilsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egil Eagle in the 59th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Casper Asserlind in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ove Orm saved Elefanterna from getting behind. Ove Orm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casper Asserlind in the 64th minute of the match. Ove Orm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Casper Asserlind in the 66th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Elefanterna's goalkeeper Ove Orm had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Casper Asserlind. Ove Orm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rune Gustafsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Casper Asserlind had several of the Elefanterna's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 76 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-1 score and a disappointed Ove Orm as he didn't even see the shot coming. Hemse RK made a substitution. Mathias Alfors replaced Timo Lanng. In the 82nd minute of the match, Ove Vedholm got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ove Orm was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Casper Asserlind fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ove Orm having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rune Gustafsson got free with Ove Orm in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 88th match minute, Elefanterna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yngve Uggla to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 98 minutes, Mathias Alfors took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Ove Orm to make any attempt to save it. Hemse RK played a much better game than Elefanterna and deserved their victory. The Elefanterna players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
