GKS 1962 Jastrzębie's Mikolaj Klimkiewicz managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eugeniusz Cwynar in the 12 minute of the game. In a very dangerous position, a player in Dca fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 12th minute. Penalty! Zdzislaw Jarocewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bogdan Marud hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Boguslaw Dec might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Waldir Gomes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Boguslaw Dec ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 23rd minute, one of GKS 1962 Jastrzębie:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for GKS 1962 Jastrzębie. Stanislaw Topolski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 34 played minutes Dca got a freekick which was hit by Eugeniusz Cwynar. Karl Bauten scored 2-2 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arkadiusz Cisek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The wind increased when Zdzislaw Jarocewicz made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to GKS 1962 Jastrzębie getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Stanislaw Topolski hit a great ball. Boguslaw Dec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldir Gomes having to interfere. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Dca's goalkeeper Arkadiusz Cisek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Dca getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Szczepan Gozdowski hit a great ball. The long shot by Mikolaj Klimkiewicz in the 87th minute really tested Arkadiusz Cisek's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Marcin Hyska kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Mikolaj Klimkiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
