Tadeusz Raszek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karhan Rauf in the 11th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Motor Lublin Utd's Dawid Dombrowski got a free kick in the 31st minute. Motor Lublin Utd's Klement Topolski got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tadeusz Raszek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wlodzimierz Tomaka in the 40th minute. After a rather tough play, Motor Lublin Utd's Gustaw Jarek got a free kick in the 44th minute. The supporters of Motor Lublin Utd booed when Zagłębie Zwoleń was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Klement Pionek didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Klement Topolski made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Zagłębie Zwoleń getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Klement Pionek hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Motor Lublin Utd's Dawid Dombrowski got a free kick in the 60th minute. 65 minutes into the match, Motor Lublin Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Wlodzimierz Tomaka came free, but Tadeusz Raszek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emil Maciejewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klement Topolski in the 68th minute of play. Emil Maciejewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klement Topolski, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. If Wlodzimierz Tomaka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tadeusz Raszek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Wlodzimierz Tomaka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tadeusz Raszek was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. In the 90th minute, one of Motor Lublin Utd:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Motor Lublin Utd. Tadeusz Raszek had in the 91stth minute some difficulties stopping Wlodzimierz Tomaka's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Wlodzimierz Tomaka scored 1-0 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tadeusz Raszek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 96th minute Klement Topolski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Maciejewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zagłębie Zwoleń walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
