Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Viktor Jurecký in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ignacy Pleban prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Viktor Jurecký sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Red Bull Warsaw's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GKS Champions the free kick. GKS Champions's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viktor Jurecký was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 88 minutes into the match, GKS Champions's goalkeeper Fryderyk Lichniak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Radowit Michnik. Radowit Michnik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ignacy Pleban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobromir Zalipski in the 95th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. GKS Champions fully deserved thier win.
