Warta Sieradz's Igor Dziewulski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldemar Kiszkiel in the 17th minute of play. Jurand Mitus kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Warta Sieradz's goalkeeper Igor Dziewulski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Waldemar Kiszkiel. 28 minutes into the game, Radoslaw Loncki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Igor Dziewulski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 32nd minute, Cezary Zarobski reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Igor Dziewulski. The goal made the score 3-0. Igor Dziewulski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cezary Zarobski's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Cezary Zarobski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Igor Dziewulski made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cezary Zarobski got free with Igor Dziewulski in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Arsenal Londyn's Przemyslaw Frankowski got a free kick in the 46th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bogumil Wejta to make the kick off. Bogumil Wejta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wlodzimierz Jestrimski having to interfere. Wlodzimierz Jestrimski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miromir Jaroszewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Warta Sieradz's Karol Bejger got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Miromir Jaroszewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Arsenal Londyn getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Andrzej Bienienda hit a great ball. After 70 played minutes, Warta Sieradz's Bartlomiej Chodzinski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wlodzimierz Jestrimski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Warta Sieradz reached it. In the 72nd minute, Loramendi Gandarias made a precise shot to the right of Wlodzimierz Jestrimski. Arsenal Londyn's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miromir Jaroszewicz in the 79th minute of play forced Arsenal Londyn's goalkeeper Wlodzimierz Jestrimski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Iwo Marchlewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 87 played minutes Arsenal Londyn got a freekick which was hit by Pawel Arbaszewski. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cezary Zarobski in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Igor Dziewulski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Warta Sieradz's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
