Tanek Maziarz came free with the goalkeeper in the 12th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Adam Grondzki could save by the left post. After some careless play in the Rassy defense, Bogumil Raszkiewicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elivélton Cabral. The Rassy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elivélton Cabral should have stopped the shot. Elivélton Cabral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tanek Nowakowski in the 19th minute of the match. Jerzy Gondela hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Elivélton Cabral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldemar Kieca, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. If Tanek Maziarz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Bogumil Raszkiewicz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elivélton Cabral was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Rassy's Elivélton Cabral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pankracy Dombrowski in the 45th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bogumil Raszkiewicz to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Tanek Nowakowski made a precise shot to the right of Elivélton Cabral. Rassy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Bogumil Raszkiewicz struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Elivélton Cabral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BuzzerBeater FC. After 72 played minutes, Rassy's Mieszko Wasikowski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Adam Grondzki came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rassy reached it. With a little luck, Rassy's Elivélton Cabral got control of the ball when Waldemar Kieca tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 91st minute, Tanek Maziarz made a precise shot to the right of Adam Grondzki. BuzzerBeater FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched BuzzerBeater FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
