In the 59th minute Tymoteusz Lemiesz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krzysztof Kowalski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torsten Reck succeeded in the game's 65th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Braniewo's Roch Gaszynski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olgierd Majczyk in the 70th minute of play. Olgierd Majczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roch Gaszynski having to interfere. 85 minutes into the game, RUCH CHORZÓW's Ksawery Gdaniec nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roch Gaszynski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 91st minute, Zbigniew Gmoch ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Krzysztof Kowalski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Rafal Siekierka hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Braniewo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
