Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Jacek Golota made the kick off and thus started the match. Wincenty Seliga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Kacper Zerde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wincenty Seliga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zdzislaw Resel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kacper Zerde having to interfere. Kacper Zerde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wincenty Seliga in the 14th minute of play. FC Mediolan's Bartosz Damaski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacek Golota in the 20th minute of play. PTC's Jacek Golota got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of FC Mediolan booed when PTC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dobromir Rasiak didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute, Leszek Damazki sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and PTC's Kacper Zerde didn't even have to move. Jacek Golota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mieszko Skrzypiec's late challenge caught a PTC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mieszko Skrzypiec helped the player get up and apologised. The crowd rose to their feet as PTC's Jacek Golota slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bartosz Damaski. That made the score 2-0 after 43 minutes of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wincenty Seliga to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, FC Mediolan's goal looked a bit too open when Teofil Dytrych came free, but Bartosz Damaski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When PTC's Jacek Golota in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Mediolan's goalie prevented a goal. 56 minutes into the match, FC Mediolan's goal looked a bit too open when Teofil Dytrych came free, but Bartosz Damaski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofil Dytrych in the 57th minute of play forced FC Mediolan's goalkeeper Bartosz Damaski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teofil Dytrych received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Bartosz Damaski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wincenty Seliga in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kacper Zerde prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 86 played minutes PTC got a freekick which was hit by Maksymilian Pasterski. In the 88th minute, Zdzislaw Resel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 90th minute Teofil Dytrych shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bartosz Damaski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Jacek Golota left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PTC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Dobromir Rasiak charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dobromir Rasiak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Mediolan booed when PTC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dobromir Rasiak didn't get a good kick on the ball. PTC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC Mediolan for a fine match.
